Schlitterbahn Catering Kitchen located 578 N Liberty Ave, New Braunfels, TX 78130 is a ground up construction of a 4,367 sf commercial catering kitchen to accommodate the food preparation for the entire Schlitterbahn Water Park. Scope of construction included a walk-in cooler, commercial kitchen and equipment as well as preparation and distribution staging areas.
